Return and Repair Policy


  • Benik Corporation guarantees its products to be free of manufacturer or material defects.
  • It is the company's policy to replace or repair any defective products if notified within seven days of delivery.
  • Benik Corporation is not responsible for damage or defects caused by improper use or care of our products.
  • Damage or defects resulting from normal use of the product are not covered under this limited warranty.


  • Stock royal blue-colored products may be returned for credit with prior authorization minus a 25% return fee.
  • Authorization for return must first be obtained.
  • The product must be returned unsoiled and in unworn condition in its original packaging.
  • If you believe your product was not made according to your order, including sizing issues, first call to authorize its return. Many times certain procedures must be followed to obtain the desired fit.

Why the limit on returns?

Benik's made-to-order process allows for our wide-ranging line of individualized products, but it limits our ability to accept returns. Let us know if you have issues with size or function and we may be able to alter or adjust the product.
