Out of a responsibility to all of our customers, we realize the need to accommodate time-sensitive orders as they arise, but limit the impact on all customers awaiting the processing and production of products.
We will require a per-patient rush fee and the use of an expedited shipping method if a minimum two-business-day turnaround time is specified – from the time we process your order** to when it is shipped. This requirement may apply to any order needing to leave our facility inside of five business days – dependent on production capacity. Note that same-day shipping is rarely achievable.
Orders of larger quantities of products may require longer fabrication times or additional fees.
Let us know if you have a need-by date inside a reasonable window – dependent on your location and our current production capacity. We can confirm our ability to complete and ship the order so that it arrives by your deadline. We may require a minimum shipping method of UPS 3-Day Air, as UPS Ground transit times are never guaranteed.
